Cheap Car Hire at Kavala Megas Alexandros Airport

Kavala´s small international airport serves a number of popular Greek destinations, including the island of Thassos and the towns of Prinos, Limenas and Thessaloniki. This small airport has only one terminal and airlines using Kavala include: Aegean Aviation, Aero Lloyd, Air Berlin, Air Holland, Avianca, Lufthansa and Eurowings. 

Limited passenger facilities include: A bar/café, 160 short-term parking spaces and a shop selling newspapers and magazines.  Taxis are available from the airport, but the best way to explore the area is to hire a car from Kavala Airport.  Car rentals and car hire at Kavala Airport can be pre-booked and picked up outside the arrivals hall. NOTE:- There is no money exchange facility at Kavala Airport, so make sure you change your currency before arriving.
